“There was a long weathered carpenter’s bench under the tall tree in front of the little old house that Lawrence had lived in. I often lay on that bench looking up into the tree… past the trunk and up into the branches. It was particularly fine at night with the stars above the tree. (Georgia […]

Today’s lesson: Richard and I need to learn to stick to a brief without deviating! We didn’t get as far as expected with our “Long Shadows” library music assignment today. A melancholic sentiment had been requested…..however we frequently found ourselves bending the rules!  We were enthusiastically enjoying our creative journey together, and before we knew […]

I’m sitting in the laid back café at “Dance East” in Ipswich, preparing to devour a delicious “vegan orzo, vegetable and falafel salad” – accompanied by a comforting cup of “organic lemon and ginger tea”. Proper dancer’s fare indeed! I’ve been working hard mingling my music with an uplifting dance programme here today –but now […]

It took my ever-honest colleague Cydnei […]

I practised my longevity breathing and then transformed myself in to a butterfly this morning (in a Qigong class!). I left the session with a strong feeling that the challenge of transformation throughout my life has definitely been worth it…..I experienced a renewed appreciation for the blessings and lessons that music always brings to me, […]

These past 2 days have been spent happily in Suffolk…..feeding my soul with music, dance and panatoni. I’ve been hanging out at my friend Richard’s studio and mixing a new “her&her” meditation track during the day and then dancing tango in the evening (Richard and his tangolicious wife run classes in Martlesham – highly recommended […]

A day spent playing with creative ideas in a wonderful ENB (English National Ballet) studio in Kensington…..with talented, generous dancers and musicians. We danced together, we made music together and we laughed together. I am filled with gratitude for such a day!
